Burrito Ramon™: The Original That Became a Signature

Some burritos fill you up. Others make a name for themselves.

At El Rancho Nuevo, the Burrito Ramon™ is more than another option on the menu. It's one of our original signature creations, bringing together bold Mexican-inspired flavors in a combination that keeps things deliciously interesting from the first bite to the last.

What Makes the Burrito Ramon Special?

It starts with grilled chicken, rice, and beans, three familiar favorites that provide a hearty foundation.

But the real personality comes from what goes on top.

Our Burrito Ramon™ is finished with jalapeño salsa, rich cheese sauce, and tomatillo sauce. The combination brings together creamy richness, tangy brightness, and the distinctive flavor of jalapeño.

Green onion and a grilled jalapeño complete the presentation.

It's a burrito that celebrates the ingredients people already love while delivering a combination that is distinctly El Rancho Nuevo.

Three Sauces, One Memorable Experience

The balance of sauces is what makes this original stand out.

The cheese sauce brings richness, the tomatillo sauce adds a bright contrast, and the jalapeño salsa introduces another layer of flavor.

Together, they transform a familiar Mexican restaurant favorite into something worthy of its own name.

An Original Worth Sharing

The Burrito Ramon™ is one of the signature dishes that originated at El Rancho Nuevo.

Its popularity has also carried it beyond our restaurants, with the dish featured at partner restaurants including El Trompo and Tequilas in Nashville, Tennessee.

That's something we're proud of. A dish that began as one of our originals has found fans beyond Greater Cincinnati.
